This project is a complete transformation that goes beyond renovation—evolving an existing home into a luxurious contemporary villa. The design redefines the structure with bold horizontal planes, refined material layering, and a strong indoor–outdoor connection.
The new architecture introduces a sophisticated palette of white, grey, and textured finishes, complemented by warm wood accents. A standout feature is the addition of a private pool courtyard with sculptural shading elements, turning the home into a resort-like living experience.
The overall composition feels expansive, balanced, and deeply connected to its tropical surroundings, while maintaining clarity and elegance in every detail.
