Description

This residence reflects a calm and grounded approach to tropical living, where simplicity meets material richness. The architecture is defined by a harmonious blend of exposed brick jaali, laterite textures, and clean white surfaces, creating a facade that feels both rooted and contemporary. The sloped roof form adds a familiar traditional touch, while the composition remains modern and understated.

Inside, the spaces are open, airy, and thoughtfully minimal. Natural light filters gently through jaali screens and large openings, creating soft patterns and a comfortable indoor environment. The living areas are designed with a balance of functionality and warmth, featuring clean-lined furniture, subtle color accents, and a strong connection to the surrounding greenery.
